ARG-015 Context default layer: section

Recommendation includes decision rule

IF analysis recommends an option, THEN state criteria, tradeoffs, rejected alternatives, and the condition that would change the recommendation ELSE retain.

Why the rule exists

A recommendation becomes reusable when readers can see how it was chosen.

Condition

The rule fires when this evaluates true. Paths marked below must be present in the fact base; the engine reports the rest rather than guessing them.
